The Alzheimer Society “Finding Your Way” Program

The Sarnia Police Service and The Sarnia- Lambton Alzheimer Society working together to ensure the safety of members of our community that suffer from dementia and other conditions that run the risk of wandering away from there residence.

To assist the Sarnia Police Service in locating these the “Finding Your Way” program presents with the guidelines to register a loved one, along with a photo, with the police.   In turn if an individual does go missing then officers will be able to access the individual’s descriptors immediately and have a photo on hand to assist in the search.

With these sorts of investigations, every second counts.
