Ms. THOMPSON is described as a white female, approximately 5’7 tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds. She has blond should length straight hair and brown eyes. Ms. THOMPSON, was last seen on Friday April 20th, 2024 at approximately 3:00pm in the area of Durand/Russel Street in the city of Sarnia. She was wearing a white vest, black pants, and white running shoes. She is operating a white 2009 Dodge Caravan, bearing Ontario licence number CLDT-784.

Emma Street Search Warrant- Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Seized

  Broadcast Time:    1:10 PM                        Date: April 22, 2024   Sarnia Police execute Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant, yielding significant quantity of illicit substances.     On Friday, April 19, 2024, at approximately 8:17 pm, the Sarnia Police Criminal Investigations Division, supported by the Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant in the 300-block area of Emma Street, Sarnia. During the execution, officers arrested two individuals without incident. Among them was Bradley FURTAH (36), a resident of Sarnia. Upon searching FURTAH, officers discovered a significant quantity of crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl, meticulously packaged for distribution.

UPDATE: Michigan Line re-opened

  Broadcast Time:    2:05 p.m.                            Date: April 19, 2024 Earlier this morning, the Sarnia Police Service reported a temporary road closure on Michigan Line, between Modeland Road and Blackwell Side Road, due to a motor vehicle colliding with a hydro pole. (Previous release – https://www.sarniapolice.ca/temporary-road-closure-michigan-line-between-modeland-and-blackwell/) The Sarnia Police Service would like to advise the public Michigan Line has been re-opened. Bluewater Power has completed the repairs to the hydro pole. The driver was issued a Provincial Offences Notice under the Highway Traffic Act. No injuries were reported in this collision. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – Michigan Line (between Modeland and Blackwell)

  Broadcast Time:    6:30 a.m.                            Date: April 19, 2024 The Sarnia Police Service is currently investigating a motor vehicle collision on Michigan Line, between Modeland Road and Blackwell Side Road, where a hydro pole had been struck resulting in hydro wires falling on the roadway. Staff members from Bluewater Power are on scene to address the downed hydro lines. Please avoid the area as the collision investigation continues. Wellington St Search Warrant – Fentanyl Seized

Broadcast Time:        6:40 pm                    Date: April 17th, 2024   On April 16, 2024 at approximately 8:54 pm, the Sarnia Police Criminal Investigation Division with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team executed a controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant in the 300 block of Wellington Street in Sarnia.   Officers made a successful entry into the residence without incident. Inside, three individuals were located and subsequently arrested.   During the search of the residence, officers discovered and seized 61.54 grams of suspected fentanyl, 91.14 grams of a suspected cutting agent and $2095 in cash. Arrest Made – Exmouth St Home Invasion

A male approached the patio of the victim’s residence, carrying a large paper bag. The accused jumped onto the balcony, smashed the glass door, and entered the victim’s apartment. The victim confronted the intruder and was violently attacked. The 46-year-old male victim suffered a large laceration to his head, along with cuts and scrapes to his hands and knees.
