Update: Shot Dog

Sarnia Police are advising that the dog shot by police at the home in Wyoming on May 3, 2012 was not a pit bull.  This has been confirmed by the Humane Society.  The dog was a 93 pound breed of unknown origin.

Bike Safety Blitz Week Starts!

The Sarnia Police Safety Blitz on Bicycle Enforcement begins today.  Between May 6-12, 2012, officer will be taking a zero tolerance approach to bicycle moving violations.  Since January 2011, Sarnia Police investigated 44 collisions involving cyclists.
