Sarnia Police are investigating a case of voyeurism.  On February 7, 2012, the Criminal Investigations Branch received a complaint from a citizen about a camera that had been found in a washroom of a local business.  An investigation was launched and as a result, 31 year old Tyler Thomas BOLES of Sarnia was arrested. 

He faces three charges of Voyeurism.  He has been released on a Promise to Appear and will go to court on March 20, 2012.  Officers executed a Criminal Code search warrant as his home on February 8, 2012. 

The investigation continues.  The business is not being identified in order to protect the victims.
