Weekend in Review (April 29 – May 2, 2022)

 

Over the course of the weekend, the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 243 calls for service. Calls included the following:

7 – 911 Hang-ups

8 – Alarms

9 – Ambulance assists

8 – Assaults

9 –Mental Health Act

14 – Disturb the peace

16 – Domestic disputes

8 – Family disputes

7 – Noise complaints

14 – Person welfare / well-being checks

6 – Thefts

13 – Traffic complaints

12 – Trespass to property

23 – Unwanted persons

Road officers conducted approximately 23 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers also issued 46 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) for various offences.
