Weekend in Review (May 6 – May 9, 2022)

 

Over the course of the weekend, the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 204 calls for service. Calls included the following:

7 – Alarms

12 – Ambulance assists

5 – Assaults

11 – Disturb the peace

15 – Domestic disputes

7 – Family disputes

10 – Mental Health Act calls

8 – Noise complaints

14 – Person welfare / well-being

7 – Thefts

14 – Traffic complaints / enforcement

5 – Trespass to property

11 – Unwanted persons

Road officers conducted approximately 36 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers also issued 22 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) for various offences.
